Founded in Austin, Texas, 28 Outs represents more than just a baseball organization—we're a community dedicated to nurturing the next generation of athletes and leaders.
Under the expert guidance of Head Coach Armando Galarraga, our program combines professional-level training with character-building activities that extend far beyond the diamond.

The Tigres
The Tigres represent the pinnacle of youth baseball excellence within the 28 Outs organization. Our select teams—featuring an 11U squad, two competitive 12U teams, and a dedicated 13U team—bring together over 40 talented young athletes who compete at the highest levels throughout Central Texas. Every weekend, these determined players take the field in tournaments across the region, showcasing the skills and character development that define our program.
What sets The Tigres apart is not just their competitive success, but the remarkable transformation we witness in each player. Beyond developing advanced baseball techniques and game strategy, these young athletes learn invaluable life lessons about leadership, perseverance, and teamwork. The growth we've observed—both on the diamond and in their personal development—has been truly extraordinary, with players consistently exceeding expectations and becoming positive role models in their communities.
